Wellbeing
Weekly lessons focusing on student’s social-emotional growth and needs is timetabled across the school. Student wellbeing is supported by incorporating the Resilience Project and the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) learning materials. Topics covered include Emotional Literacy; Personal Strengths; Positive Coping; Problem Solving; Stress Management; Help Seeking; Gender and Identity; and Positive Gender Relationships.
Students are also supported through integrating other programs to support their ability to feel happy, safe and supported which include:
• Sustainability lessons
• Breakfast Club
• Ride to School
• Lunchtime activities (Book Club)
• Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader
