Enrolment Information

The Department of Education and Training (DET) age criteria must be met prior to a student enrolling in their first year of primary education, a child must turn 5 on or before April 30 of the year of enrolment.

Every Victorian student has a legislated right to enrol at their designated neighbourhood school (section 2.2.13 of the Act), and may be enrolled at another school subject to sufficient accommodation (section 2.2.14 of the Act).
